Fighting Fate, the 1921 William Duncan silent Native American Indian western romantic crime action adventure serial ("Fifteen Chapters of Thrilling Drama by Arthur P. Hankins and Albert E. Smith"; set in the then-present day, so there are cars alongside horses!) starring William Duncan, Edith Johnson, Ford West, George Stanley, and Larry Richardson. Note that this is a "lost" film, which means that no surviving copies are thought to exist.

If you know who did the art (if any), please let us know.
Important Added Info: Note that this one-sheet has a wonderful image of tied up William Duncan freeing his tied up fiancee so that they can escape. The caption below the image reads "With a knife in his teeth, Kern frees Josephine".

What IS linenbacking? Learn More

Overall Condition and Pre-Restoration Defects with Quality of Restoration: very good. The poster originally measured 28" x 41" (we don't know why it was wider than most one-sheets at this time). Someone trimmed approximately 1/2" from the left and right blank borders (no doubt so it would fit in a one-sheet frame). Otherwise, the poster had tiny paper loss at the crossfolds and pretty minor fold and border wear. Overall, the poster was in very good condition prior to linenbacking. The poster was nicely backed, and displays well!
