Note that fantasy artist H.R. Giger did the wonderful art that was used to create the alien and the alien planet, but his art was not used on any of the regular posters, only on special prints created after the movie became a hit! Also note that this print is an "artist's proof" that was printed in a much lesser amount for the artist by the printer (note that "AP" written on the print). Since AP's are "closer to the artist's hand" they tend to be much more valuable than the prints of a signed and numbered limited edition! Also note that there is some printing or information on the back of this art print and we have provided an image of each side, and please realize that the winner of this auction will receive ONE art print!
