An Original 1957 (from the first release of this movie in Poland) Vintage Theatrical Linenbacked Polish Movie Poster (23x33; measures 25" x 35 1/2" [64 x 90 cm]) (Learn More) Siamo donne (released in the US as "We, The Women" and "Of Life and Love"), the 1953 Gianni Franciolini, Alfredo Guarini, Robert Rossellini, Luchino Visconti, & Luigi Zampa Italian romantic comedy melodrama (in five segments by five different directors: "Alida Valli", "Concorso 4 Attrici 1 Speranza", "Ingrid Bergman", "Anna Magnani", and "Isa Miranda") starring Ingrid Bergman, Anna Magnani, Isa Miranda, Alida Valli, and Anna Amendola. Note that this was a very special movie where four Italian directors picked four different major European female stars, and then filmed a segment about that woman, and each segment is based on a real experience from that woman's life! Apparently, there was also a fifth segment, directed by Alfredo Guarini, which was likely an overview of the movie. I have never seen this movie, but it certainly sounds interesting, and I have never seen any movie paper from it before! NOTE: Click on linked names to see a biography. Artist: Piotr Borowy Overall Condition and Pre-Restoration Defects with Quality of Restoration: very good. The poster was never folded. It had a 2" tear in the right of the bottom border and tiny paper loss in the bottom left blank corner. Overall, the poster was in very good condition prior to linenbacking.
