Scott Fitzgerald's Daring Story"; "Based on a story by F. Scott Fitzgerald"; about an American writer stationed in Paris at the close of World War II, working for "Stars and Stripes", and he meets a beautiful woman from a rich family, and they have nothing in common, but they fall in love, but things go wrong and they break up) starring Elizabeth Taylor, Van Johnson, Walter Pidgeon, Donna Reed (billed as "Academy Award Winner for 'From Here to Eternity'"), Eva Gabor, Kurt Kasznar, Roger Moore, and George Dolenz NOTE: Click on linked names to see a biography. Condition: very good. Card #7 has tape stains on the back of the middle left and right borders that have bled through to the front. There is an odd printing defect on this card, which is that the borders have a "pink-ish" tint to them, rather than the usual white. This was something that was caused during the printing process, and which we have seen on several cards of this title and other titles of the mid-1950s, and most collectors do not consider it a significant defect since it only affects the blank borders. The cards are in otherwise pretty nice condition. Learn More about condition grades
