BEF, the stock poster used by theaters when showing BEF releases. This poster had a large blank area in the center where the specific title of the film being shown could be overprinted or a snipe applied.
If you know who did the art (if any), please let us know.
Important Added Info: Note that this is an extremely rare stock daybill. We have never auctioned this version (likely from the 1970s) in all our years of auctioning!

Condition: very good. The daybill is in pretty nice condition!
