Second Liberty Loan of 1917, the 1917 U.S. World War I (WWI) War Bonds poster ("Ring It Again"; "Buy A United States Government Bond of the Second Liberty Loan of 1917"; "Help your country and yourself") encouraging citizens to buy war bonds and featuring great art of the Liberty Bell!

If you know who did the art (if any), please let us know.

Condition: good to very good. There is an approximately 6" tear at lower left (see our image) with some smaller tears under it. Other than a few minor scuffs and creases scattered in the image the poster is otherwise in pretty nice condition and after some proper restoration it will display well.
