Bruce Humberstone mistaken identity romantic musical crime fantasy comedy ("It's a Miracle of a Musical-starring the 'Wonder Man' of Merriment!"; "The Glitter and Glow Show of the Year!"; about a timid librarian who has an outgoing entertainer twin brother, and the brother is killed, and his ghost returns to the timid brother and takes over his body so that he can solve his own murder!) starring Danny Kaye (in a dual role as the twin brothers!), Virginia Mayo, Vera-Ellen (in her first movie, and she is third-billed!), Donald Woods, S.Z. Sakall, Allen Jenkins, Edward Brophy, Otto Kruger, Steve Cochran, Virginia Gilmore, and the Goldwyn Girls

Important Added Info: Note that we have never before auctioned this French poster! French posters from the first few years after World War II are among the most rare posters there are! Apparently, there were still major paper shortages in France, and few posters were printed, and most were recycled. This is an extremely rare French poster from 1948.

Note that this French two-panel measures 63" x 91 3/4" [160 x 233 cm], and it was printed in 2 sections designed to overlap.

Condition: good to very good. There are some creases and several tears along the folds that were on the outside when the poster was fully folded. There are some creases, smudges, and tiny tears on the other folds, and some tiny paper loss at some crossfolds.
