What IS linenbacking? Learn More Overall Condition and Pre-Restoration Defects with Quality of Restoration: good to very good. The poster was never folded. It had three tears in the right border that extended into the image background and an area of paper loss in the middle left that was semi-circular in shape and extended in around 2" at its longest point, with some tears beneath that, but all in the blue background. There were two small areas of surface paper loss in the borders. Overall, the poster was in good to very good condition prior to linenbacking. While you can see some signs of the restoration and the above defects, the poster displays well as it is and will look great on the new owner's wall! Learn More about condition grades
