AND Les Maudits (released in the U.S. in 1948 as "The Damned"), the 1947 Rene Clement French end-of-World-War-II (WWII) Nazis-on-the-run military crime melodrama (about a group of high ranking Nazis at the end of World War II who escape Germany in a submarine, and who kidnap a French doctor to take care of one of their wounded comrades) starring Henri Vidal, Dalio, Florence Marly, Fosco Giachetti and Paul Bernard AND Tosca (released in the U.S. in 1947 as "The Story of Tosca"), the 1941 Carl Koch Italian romantic musical melodrama (based on the opera by Puccini, from the novel by Victorien Sardou; about a freedom fighter who is caught and sentenced to death, and it his lover tries to use her beauty to gain his freedom) starring Imperio Argentina (in the title role as Floria Tosca), Rossano Brazzi, Michel Simon, Adriano Rimoldi, and Carla Candiani NOTE: Click on linked names to see a biography.
