An Original Vintage Theatrical Movie Lobby Card (LC; measures 11" x 14" [28 x 36 cm]) (Learn More) The Fighting Eagle, the 1927 Donald Crisp silent Napoleonic War France romantic melodrama ("From 'The Adventures of Gerard'"; about a Brigadier who seeks to expose one of Napoleon Bonaparte's foreign ministers as a traitor!) starring Rod La Rocque, Phyllis Haver, Sam De Grasse, Max Barwyn, Julie Faye, and Sally Rand. Note that Sally Rand is well known even today as a stripper who did an incredibly risque (for the times) "fan dance" in the 1930s. But few know that she appeared in a number of movies in the 1920s, and movie paper from those movies is incredibly rare. NOTE: Click on linked names to see a biography. Important Added Info: Note that we have a scan of both the front and the back of this lobby card, which should greatly help you see what defects it has. Condition: good to very good. There are six tiny circular holes scattered near the middle of the card (you can see them clearly from the back). Otherwise, the card is in nice condition.
