An Original Vintage Theatrical Movie Lobby Card (LC; measures 11" x 14" [28 x 36 cm]) (Learn More)

Woman of the Year, the classic 1942 George Stevens newspaper journalism baseball sports romantic comedy ("The picture of the year!"; "Original screen play by Ring Lardner, Jr., and Michael Kanin") starring Spencer Tracy, Katharine Hepburn (nominated for the Best Actress Academy Award for this film), Fay Bainter, Reginald Owen, Minor Watson, William Bendix, Roscoe Karns, Agnes Moorehead, and Grant Withers. Note that this was the first of nine movies real life lovers Tracy and Hepburn starred in together, and many people consider it the best of the nine!
NOTE: Click on linked names to see a biography.
Important Added Info: Note that the back of this card was overprinted with a colorful pattern. This was commonly done in the 1950s so that old lobby cards could be re-used as "frames" for 8x10 stills. This IS an original lobby card. Also note that we have a scan of both the front and the back of this lobby card, which should greatly help you see what defects it has.

Condition: fair. When a still was attached to the back of the card (see above), someone put staples in each corner of the still, which caused staple holes on the front of those areas. See our super-sized images to get a good sense of the condition of this card. Note that this lobby card is completely unrestored and there is not a single piece of tape on either the front or back!
