An Original Vintage Theatrical Folded Australian Daybill Movie Poster (measures approximately 13" x 30") (Learn More) Fireman, Save My Child!, the 1954 Leslie Goodwins firefighter screwball comedy ("It's a four-alarm laff riot!"; "They're setting the town on fire!"; "The craziest new comedy combination of them all... in a four-alarm riot of laughs!"; "Hear the City Slickers' maddest music yet!") starring Spike Jones and His City Slickers, Buddy Hackett, Hugh O'Brian, Adele Jergens, and Tom Brown. Note that Abbott & Costello were slated to star in this movie, but Costello's ill health caused their withdrawal. Jones and Hackett were chosen to replace them, partially because they fit the clothing which had already been made for Abbott & Costello. NOTE: Click on linked names to see a biography.
