Note that in this movie, "The Whistler" a man who narrated what occurred, but was never seen, like a Greek chorus, a device that was carried over from the radio show, and was used in the subsequent movies, and Otto Forrest provided than unseen voice in each of the movies. The poster has substantial creases, defects, areas of paper loss and tears of varying lengths along parts of some edges and separation along some folds and MANY of the defects are repaired with tape from the back.
