An Original Vintage Theatrical Autographed 8 1/4" x 10" [21 x 25 cm] Movie Still (Learn More) Stephen McNally was an actor from the 1940s to the 1970s. He had a very interesting background; he was a practicing lawyer who started acting at the age of 29 under his real name of "Horace", and he had little success until he both changed his name to "Stephen" and started playing tough guy roles, and he had much success in that genre. Some of his movies include: Winchester '73, Johnny Belinda, No Way Out, Thirty Seconds Over Tokyo, Criss Cross, and the Harvey Girls. Note that until 1948, he was billed under his given name of Horace McNally. He passed away in 1994 at the age of 82. Important Added Info: Note that this still has been personally autographed (signed) by Stephen McNally! Our consignor is a longtime collector and dealer. In the 1970s and 1980s, he wrote to stars and asked for autographed photos and index cards, and he also sometimes purchased signed items from other dealers. He does not have a certificate of authenticity for this item, but we believe the signature to likely be authentic. As is true of all the signed items we are currently auctioning, we give every buyer 30 days in which to review what they purchased and they can return any item as long as it is within 30 days of the end of the auction.
