An Original 1968 (from the first release of this movie in Italy) Vintage Theatrical Folded Italian One-Panel (known in Italy as a "2 Fogli") Movie Poster (1p; measures 39" x 55" [99 x 140 cm]) (Learn More) Jag Ar Nyfiken - en Film I Gult (released in the U.S. in 1969 as "I Am Curious Yellow"), the 1967 Vilgot Sjoman Swedish sexploitation melodrama ("A film of extraordinary daring") starring Lena Nyman, Vilgot Sjoman, Peter Lindgren, Marie Goranzon, Borje Ahlstedt, Chris Wahlstrom, Magnus Nilsson, and Ulla Lyttkens. Note that this movie was banned from entering the United States, and then was allowed to be shown after a court case. The banning concerned a graphic sex scene, but actually the movie was not a "sex movie", but rather an interesting pseudo-documentary, using elements of cinema verite, and is an important movie of the 1960s. But thanks to the publicity over the court case (and the way it was subsequently marketed in the United States) it will be forever remembered as an early "sex movie", even though it was not!
