An Original Vintage 7 1/4" x 9 3/4" [18 x 25 cm] Still (Learn More) Our Gang was a long-running series of kids movies, started in 1922 by Hal Roach, and continuing for the next 20 years, with an ever changing cast (as the kids grew too old!). Among the best remembered cast members were George 'Spanky' McFarland, Carl 'Alfalfa' Switzer, Scotty Beckett (who later played the young Al Jolson in "The Jolson Story"), Billie 'Buckwheat' Thomas, Stymie Beard, Darla Hood, Sunshine Sammy Morrison, Jackie Cooper, and many others! Important Added Info: Note that this still is surely from a 1920s Our Gang comedy short, but we don't know which one, because it only has "OUR GANG HAL ROACH STUDIOS" stamped on the back, and we don't recognize which short it is. We feel certain one of our bidders will, so if you do, please e-mail us and we will post it here. It surely is an original 1920s still. Also note that this still measures 7 1/4" x 9 3/4" [18 x 25 cm] (see below). Condition: very good. The still was either very neatly trimmed, or it may have been created this size.
