An Original Vintage Theatrical Autographed 8 1/4" x 10" [21 x 25 cm] Movie Still (Learn More) Olivia De Havilland was an actress who performed from the 1930s to the 1980s. She was often paired with Errol Flynn. Some of her movies include: The Adventures of Robin Hood, Gone With the Wind (nominated for the Best Supporting Actress Academy Award for this film), The Heiress (winner of the Best Actress Academy Award for this film), To Each His Own (winner of the Best Actress Academy Award for this film), Hold Back The Dawn (nominated for the Best Actress Academy Award for this film), Snake Pit (nominated for the Best Actress Academy Award for this film), and Captain Blood. Her sister was Joan Fontaine, and they had a many decades-long (and never resolved) feud. She passed away in 2020 at the age of 104. Important Added Info: Note that this still has been personally autographed (signed) by Olivia De Havilland! Also note that this still measures 8 1/4" x 10" [21 x 25 cm]. Note that this item was consigned to us by a man who was a major movie memorabilia dealer from the 1980s on. During that time, he would regularly purchase collections of movie memorabilia from both dealers and collectors, and in some of those collections he purchased autographed items, and over the years he did not re-sell any of the autographed items. Now he has gathered up together all of his autographed items and consigned them to us. So all of the items from this consignor we are auctioning were purchased by this dealer from longtime dealers and collectors, and we feel it is quite likely that the autograph on this item is authentic! Condition: very good. There are tiny creases in the blank corners and a piece of clear tape on the back of the left border, but it was not put there for a restoration purpose.
