Overall Condition and Pre-Restoration Defects with Quality of Restoration: fair to good. The poster had a significant printing defect, which is that it was printed off register, making much of the image of the girl's head out of focus and clothes do not align correctly. Otherwise, it had fold and border wear. Overall, the poster was in fair to good condition prior to linenbacking. The restorer backed the poster "in the European style", meaning that they did not do restoration to the defects described above.
