The Lone Ranger is a fictional masked hero created in 1933 for a radio show in Detroit. He was a former Texas Ranger who fought outlaws in the American Old West with his Native American friend, Tonto, and his trusty horse Silver. The radio show was very popular and the character was soon featured in books, comics, TV shows, and several movies. Note that the items in this lot are from the 1930s. Note that we don't know which of the two 1930s Lone Ranger serials these are from, and of course, we don't know the chapters. So please do not bid on these cards unless you can accept these uncertainties (but they ARE original 1930s heavily trimmed lobby cards). Measurements: from 7 1/4" x 9" to 7 1/2" x 10 1/4"Condition: poor to fair. All the cards were heavily trimmed to sizes ranging from 7 1/4" x 9" to 7 1/2" x 10 1/4" (see above).
