It was published by James Warren, who also published Famous Monsters of Filmland, and it actually had the same editorial staff as Famous Monsters, including, of course, its editor in chief, Forrest J. Ackerman. A knowledgeable collector tells us that this magazine is essentially considered to be issues #70 - #79 of Famous Monsters, and starting with issue #80, it went back to the Famous Monsters of Filmland title.
