Poltavseva, Aleksandr Antonov, and Vladimir Barsky Artist: Stanislaw Zamecznik Important Added Info: Note that we had believed that this 1967 poster was from the first release of this classic movie in Poland. However, we recently discovered that the first release was in 1954, which makes this a 1967 re-release poster. We have never been able to offer the incredibly rare 1954 poster, and have only seen an image of it online. What IS linenbacking? Learn More Overall Condition and Pre-Restoration Defects with Quality of Restoration: very good to fine. The poster was never folded. It had a few faint scuffs scattered in the image. Overall, the poster was in very good to fine condition prior to linenbacking. The poster was nicely backed, and displays well! Note that the restorer left a tiny bit of excess linen around all four sides of the poster (they left a small border in order to protect the poster from handling damage, but they did not leave a larger border, to allow it to more easily fit in a frame).
