Our Hearts Were Young and Gay, the 1944 Lewis Allen Europe romantic travel comedy ("From the gay best seller that stole America's heart!"; "Based on the book 'Our Hearts Were Young and Gay' by Cornelia Otis Skinner and Emily Kimbrough"; about a real life trip that young actress Cornelia Otis Skinner, daughter of famed actor Otis Skinner, took to Europe with her best friend; the book was a best seller, and was then turned into this enjoyable movie!) starring Gail Russell ("of 'The Uninvited'"), Diana Lynn ("of 'The Miracle of Morgan's Creek'"), Charlie Ruggles, Dorothy Gish, Beulah Bondi, James Brown, and Bill Edwards.
