Il Ras del Quartiere (literally translates to "The Ras of the Neighborhood"), the 1983 Carlo Vanzina Italian crime comedy starring Diego Abatantuono (in the title role as Domingo Ras), Lino Troisi, Isabella Ferrari, Lara Lamberti (billed as "Lara Naszinski"), Mauro di Francesco. It appears this movie was never released in the U.S. If anyone knows more about this movie, please e-mail us and we will post it here.
