An Original Vintage Folded World War I Poster (measures 21" x 32 1/4" [53 x 82 cm]) (Learn More)

June 28th is National War Savings Day, the 1918 U.S. World War I (WWI) War Bonds poster ("Pledge yourself to save and buy war savings stamps that there may be more money, labor and materials to provide for those who fight for you") encouraging people to buy more war bonds, and featuring art of an eagle with the Torch of Liberty behind it

If you know who did the art (if any), please let us know.

Important Added Info: Note that we have only auctioned one example of this poster before! Also note that this poster was folded at one time but has been laying flat for a long time and will be sent rolled in a tube.

Condition: very good. The upper vertical foldline has separated through the blank border. There are creases and some slight discoloration in the corners but it only affects blank paper. There is light fold and border wear. It is otherwise in pretty nice condition!
