Siegfried & Roy were a duo of German-American magicians and entertainers, best known for their appearances with white lions and white tigers. It was composed of Siegfried Fischbacher and Roy Horn. From 1990 until 2003, the duo performed at the Mirage Resort and Casino, which was regarded by many as the most-visited show in Las Vegas. During a show in 2003, one of the tigers attacked Horn, which resulted in a severed spine, massive blood loss, and other severe injuries. While this ended their show, Horn was eventually able to make a partial recovery. Horn passed away due to COVID in 2020 at the age of 75, and Siegfried passed away in 2021 at the age of 81.
