An Original Vintage Folded Record Album Insert Poster (measures 21 3/4" x 33" [56 x 84 cm]) (Learn More) Dylan, the 1967 poster created by Milton Glaser for Bob Dylan's Greatest Hits rock 'n' roll (rock and roll) record album, which was released in 1967, and an example of this poster was included with each album. Note that many people see the name "Elvis" in the rainbow hair, but Glaser says "I have to say that was not intentional. In fact, it didn't even occur to me until 15 years later when some critic said that he saw Elvis' name there. He thought it meant something. But it doesn't. Or maybe it does. All this stuff goes on beneath the surface, in the unconscious. You never know what the f**k you're doing and why you're doing it." Also, note that Glaser sells a modern reproduction of this poster from his website, but it measures slightly differently and it does not have the "MILTON GLASER" in the top right corner. Artist: Milton Glaser Important Added Info: Note that this poster was folded at one time but has been laying flat for a long time and will be sent rolled in a tube. Also note that we previously sold this this poster but it was returned to us because the bidder felt that it had been trimmed. We have closely examined this poster and compared it to others in our auction history database and we do NOT believe it has been trimmed. However, it does appear that the poster was printed slightly off-center resulting in a somewhat 'thinner' border at right and a slightly wider border at left. Please do not bid unless you can accept this small printing defect! Condition: very good. There are some minor creases scattered throughout the poster (mostly along the foldlines and around the edges). There is minor separation at the bottom end of the vertical fold. The poster is otherwise in pretty nice condition and it displays well and if one chose to have it linenbacked it would look great! Learn More about condition grades
