She appeared opposite Elvis Presley in his first movie, Love Me Tender, and she had one of the sexiest on screen scenes ever in The Indian Tomb, where her "snake dance" must be seen to be believed (it is on YouTube). In 1963, she left Hollywood after marrying an oil executive. She had a child with him and they divorced in 1980, and she became a born again Christian, hosting a show on the Trinity Broadcasting Network. Some of her other movies include: The Ten Commandments (as Lilia), Broken Arrow, and It Happens Every Spring. As of 2022, she is still alive at the age of 88! Our consignor ran autograph shows for many years and was an executive director of UACC for many years. He became friendly with many of the stars who appeared at his shows and most of the items from him in this auction are ones where he obtained the autograph in person.
