An Original Vintage Movie Soundtrack Record Album Standee (measures 14" x 24 1/2") (Learn More) The Empire Strikes Back (now known as "Star Wars: Episode V - The Empire Strikes Back"), the classic 1980 Irvin Kershner science fiction (sci-fi) outer space action adventure sequel ("The Star Wars Saga Continues"; "Story by George Lucas") starring Mark Hamill (as Luke Skywalker), Harrison Ford (as Han Solo), Carrie Fisher (as Princess Leia), Billy Dee Williams (as Lando Calrissian), Anthony Daniels ("as C-3PO"), David Prowse ("as Darth Vader"), Kenny Baker ("as R2-D2"), Peter Mayhew ("as Chewbacca"), Frank Oz ("as Yoda"), Alec Guinness (as Obi-Wan Kenobi), Jeremy Bulloch (as Boba Fett), and John Hollis (as Lobot)v NOTE: Click on linked names to see a biography. Important Added Info: Note that this really cool standee (which we have never seen before) was designed to be assembled, and then record albums would be placed within the standee, so that you would see Vader's head above the albums and his hands on the outside of the standee! Condition: good. The standee was once assembled and then pulled apart and the place where the sides of the standee join were roughly pulled apart, and there is now surface paper loss in the solid black area above the front logo area (it is the part of the standee that does not show from the outside). The surface paper from that area is still attached to the part of the standee that was pulled away from it. Both of the "hands" of Vader are die-cut, and there are some areas of surface paper loss on both of his "thumbs". There are scuffs and smudges in many of the solid black areas of the standee, but the image areas are in pretty nice condition, with the exception of the damage to the thumbs noted above. Certainly, a talented restorer could remove the surface paper from the one area and re-attach it to the other area, and the perform slight touch up to the scuffs and smudges, and afterwards, the standee would look incredible (especially if you could find a stack of soundtrack albums to put inside of it!).
