Cabaret, the 1972 Bob Fosse (winner of the Best Director Academy Award for this film) World War II (WWII) musical romantic love triangle theater stage acting melodrama ("Life is a 'Cabaret'"; "Based on the Musical Play 'Cabaret'"; "Based on the play by John Van Druten and stories by Christopher Isherwood"; set in pre-World War II [WWII] Nazi Germany; nominated for the Best Picture Academy Award) starring Liza Minnelli (winner of the Best Actress Academy Award for this film; as Sally Bowles), Michael York, Helmut Griem, Marisa Berenson, Joel Grey (winner of the Best Supporting Actor Academy Award for this film; "as Emcee"), and Fritz Wepper

Condition: very good. The poster was never folded. It had a slightly uneven, mostly horizontal crease across the bottom 7" of the poster. There were faint scuffs scattered throughout the solid black areas. Overall, the poster was in very good condition prior to linenbacking. The poster was well backed, and backing has greatly reduced how noticeable the above defects are (except when tilting the poster to the light, and of course, nobody looks at a poster that way!).
