Broadway Serenade, the 1939 Robert Z. Leonard New York City theater stage acting romantic musical melodrama ("Magnificent! Greater than Sweethearts!"; a bittersweet story of a show business couple, a female singer, and a male composer, and their careers have highs and lows at different times, and a series of misunderstandings keeps them apart; story by Lew Lipton, John Taintor Foote, and Hanns Kraly) starring Jeanette MacDonald, Lew Ayres, Ian Hunter, Frank Morgan, and Wally Vernon

Important Added Info: Glass slides were designed to be put in a special projector that would project the image onto a movie screen (they use exactly the same concept as 35mm slides). We have taken a digital photo of each that shows the general condition of the overall slide and holder, and we have also made a digital scan that shows the glass image well, but does not show the holder (except as a dark outline).

Condition: very good. Someone trimmed a small bit of the cardboard from the right (for unknown reasons), but otherwise, the slide is in pretty good condition.
