An Original Vintage Magazine (measures 9" x 11 3/4" [23 x 30 cm]) (Learn More) Physical Culture ("The Personal Problem Magazine"), the magazine published by legendary health guru Bernarr Macfadden in the 1930s and 1940s. Each issue would have lots of stories about how to improve your health through diet and exercise (sometimes with stories on Hollywood celebrities), and there would also be some pictures of scantily clad women, and often LOTS of pictures of early male "physical culturists" (sometimes those men would be almost completely undressed, and there were those who bought this magazine specifically for those photos!). It is interesting to note that this magazine "got it right" about many health issues, warning readers about many diseases that were preventable through better living, and those who followed the magazine's advice likely lived quite a bit longer than those who did not!
