An Original Vintage Theatrical Folded Italian Locandina Movie Poster (measures 13" x 27 1/4" [33 x 69 cm]) (Learn More) Treasure of Monte Cristo, the 1949 William Berke San Francisco California crime film noir ("Murder was more than I bargained for ...like playing with dynamite- it blows up in your face!"; the title is incredibly misleading!; the only tie-in to "Monte Cristo" is that the lead character is supposed to be a distant descendant of the famous Count, but the movie itself has him in San Francisco, where he gets involved with a beautiful woman and stops a crime ring) starring Glenn Langan (as Edmund Dantes), Adele Jergens, Steve Brodie, Bobby Jordan (one of the original "Dead End Kids" in an adult role!; billed as "Robert Jordan"), Michael Whalen, and George Davis NOTE: Click on linked names to see a biography.
