An Original Vintage Deluxe 9" x 14" [23 x 36 cm] Television Still (Learn More) Julia, the 1968 - 1971 nurse family comedy sitcom television (TV) series starring Diahann Carroll (in the title role as Julia Baker), Lloyd Nolan, Marc Copage, Michael Link, and Betty Beaird. Note that this was a groundbreaking show in that it was one of the very first network TV shows with a black actor (in this case actress) in the lead role! Important Added Info: Note that this still is from the first showing of the 05/23/1969 episode of "Julia". We know that for certain because the date is stamped on the back and there is an original snipe on the back. It is very hard to find stills from 1950s to 1970s TV episodes that are absolutely from the first release, and are surely not from a later re-broadcast. Note also that this still has been trimmed and it now measures 9" x 14" [23 x 36 cm]. Also finally note that this is a deluxe still printed on double weight paper stock. Condition: good to very good.
