An Original Vintage Linenbacked World War I Poster (measures 36 1/4" x 56 1/4" [92 x 143 cm]) (Learn More) They Are Giving All Will You Send Them Wheat?, the 1918 U.S. World War I (WWI) Home Front poster created by the U.S. Food Administration, and featuring Harvey Dunn artwork of a group of soldiers charging through the trenches with their rifles in hand. Artist: Harvey Dunn Overall Condition and Pre-Restoration Defects with Quality of Restoration: good to very good. The poster had a fold down the middle, and many small tears scattered down that fold, with paper loss in the bottom of the fold, affecting the letters in that area. There were tears of varying lengths around the edges. Overall, the poster was in good condition prior to linenbacking. The poster was pretty well backed, but you can see signs of the above defects and the restoration of the above defects. Learn More about condition grades
