No, No, Nanette, the 1940 Herbert Wilcox romantic love triangle musical ("The 'Irene' Girl in the 'Tea For Two' Musical Romance"; "B'Way's sensational musical now a miracle movie hit!"; "Vincent Youmans' Music sparkling all the eye-ear-and-heart thrills in the sensational Broadway Stage Smash!"; "From the Musical Comedy - 'No, No, Nanette' - by Frank Mandel, Otto Harbach, Vincent Youmans, Emil Nyitray"; "Screen Play by Ken Englund"; about a young woman whose uncle strays from his wife, and she tries to bring them back together with the help of two handsome young men, both of whom fall madly in love with her) starring Anna Neagle ("The 'Irene' girl in the 'Tea for Two' musical romance"; in the title role as Nanette), Richard Carlson, Victor Mature, Roland Young, Helen Broderick, Zasu Pitts, Eve Arden, Tamara, Billy Gilbert, Stuart Robertson, and Keye Luke. Note that this movie is a remake of the 1930 movie starring Bernice Claire, and it was later remade in 1950 as "Tea For Two" starring Doris Day and Gordon MacRae. It was made into a Broadway musical in 1971 with Ruby Keeler and many others, with musical direction by Busby Berkeley!
