Condition: good. extra horizontal foldline approximately 1 1/2" below the regular bottom foldline (through the top of the title area) as well as another through the credits at bottom; smudges and minor creases throughout the insert (more so along the top and bottom edges); insert was rolled as well as folded meaning that it does not lay completely flat (insert could be easily flattened out over time by storing it under weight)
