Important Added Info: Note that this is the revised script from October 6, 1970 and the screenplay was written by Ernest Tidyman. Know that someone wrote "REVISED 10/21" on the inside front cover and on the title page, and the script does have many dated revision pages, but they are all dated 10/14, so it seems likely that it was first revised on 10/14, and if it was later re-revised on 10/21, then those revisions are not reflected in this script, despite the handwritten notation at the front. Finally, note that "Egan" is written in pen on the first interior page, and that could mean that this was his script, but it could have been written there for a different purpose.
