Date Sold 2/21/2021 Sold For: Login or Register to see sold price. a lot of 12 issues of Directors Guild of America, the magazine published in the 1960s and 1970s by the Directors Guild of America, and sent to its members (apparently it was included in the dues they paid). Each issue is filled with heavily illustrated articles about the works of current and past directors. Obviously, you had to be a director to get this magazine, so the issues are very scarce. Note that the early issues of the magazine were called "Action: Directors Guild of America", but later this was switched, and then still later, the "Action" was dropped altogether. If anyone knows more about this, please e-mail us and we will post it here. Note that these magazines were the copies sent to director H. Bruce Humberstone, and they have a mailing label addressed to him on the back of each magazine in a blank section designed for it. Note that the items in this lot are from 1970 to 1975. We do not provide a list of these items, but there are images of all of them. Measurements: 8 1/2" x 11"Note that we have provided a picture of the front cover of each magazine, but no other images. Please know that these magazines are sealed in bags and are ready for shipping, and we cannot answer any questions about them or look through them for you, so please bid (or do not bid) based on the images we have provided. Condition: very good. Please note that we briefly attempted to check to see if the magazines are complete and uncut, and we believe that they are. However, there is a slight possibility that we might have missed a small cut or a page that was neatly removed, and if that happens, you can return the magazines.
