Overall Condition and Pre-Restoration Defects with Quality of Restoration: good. The poster had small paper loss at the crossfolds and some separation, small pl, and darkening on parts of many folds, with pinholes, stains, and tears around the edges. There was a semi-circular tear near the bottom crossfold that affected the bottom of the "n" of "Strangers" and slightly entered the top of the "T" of "Train". Overall, the poster was in good condition prior to linenbacking. The poster was pretty well backed, but it required paint restoration within both faces of Granger at top center and in the face of Roman, and that restoration is clearly noticeable, and the rest of the restoration is less noticeable.
