An Original Vintage Theatrical Movie Lobby Card (LC; measures 11" x 14" [28 x 36 cm]) (Learn More) Confidential Agent, the 1945 Herman Shumlin Spanish Civil War romantic melodrama ("You'll see the screen cook when 'The Lover' meets 'The Look'!!!"; "Warner's Scorching 'Confidential Agent'"; "From a Novel by Graham Greene"; set in Spain at the time of the Spanish Civil War, about a Republican Spaniard who goes to England to buy coal, and fascists want to kill him, but an Englishwoman helps him and falls in love with him) starring Charles Boyer (billed as "Charles 'The Lover' Boyer"), Lauren Bacall (billed as "Lauren 'The Look' Bacall"), Katina Paxinou, Peter Lorre, Victor Francen, George Coulouris, and Dan Seymour NOTE: Click on linked names to see a biography. Condition: very good. There is a scuff mark in the top center of Bacall's hair and in the background above Boyer's head, but they are printing defects and appear on all examples of this card. There are a few small tears in the top and bottom blank borders, tiny creases in the corners, and a few faint smudges scattered around the edges. There is a tiny dot stain in the green background to the left of Boyer's neck. Other than the above defects, which are primarily in the blank borders, the card is in pretty nice condition!
