If you know who did the art (if any), please let us know.
Important Added Info: Note that this poster measures 29" x 41", so one could call it a one-sheet, but because it is for a boxing movie and it was printed by the "Empire City Job Print" in Long Island City, New York, and it is for a specific New York theater (one block from Madison Square Gardon!), we are calling it a special poster, because we don't know exactly how it was used or where it was displayed (we have never seen it before, and it sure is cool!). It may well have been a poster that was SOLELY used at that single New York theater, and if so, that would explain why it is incredibly rare (and likely to never turn up again). If anyone knows more about this, please e-mail us and we will post it here.

Condition: good. The poster is fragile. It has tears, tiny paper loss, and separation on parts of several folds, with darkening on parts of the folds and in parts of the borders. Obviously, the poster is in need of expert professional restoration, but the poster is mostly "all there", and after linenbacking by a talented professional, the poster will look fantastic, and it will likely require little paint restoration within the image.
