Adventures of Smilin' Jack, the 1942 Lewis D. Collins & Ray Taylor military airplane aviation action adventure serial ("13 Thrill-Blasted Chapters!"; "Original Screen Play by Morgan B. Cox"; "Based upon the newspaper feature entitled 'Smilin' Jack' by Zack Mosley") starring Tom Brown (in the title role as Smilin' Jack Martin), Marjorie Lord, Rose Hobart, Edgar Barrier, Turhan Bey, Keye Luke, Sidney Toler, and Philip Ahn. Note that this movie was set just before World War II, and in it the Chinese and Americans work together to stop the Germans and the Japanese, and both Sidney Toler and Keye Luke played Asian characters, just as they did in the Charlie Chan movies!

Important Added Info: Note that it is extremely likely that this is a "key book" still, and it is virtually a certainty that the punch holes were put there by the studio at the time the still was created, so they are not a defect (there was brown paper tape put over the back of the punch holes to reinforce that area).
