DeMille silent romantic curse fantasy murder mystery melodrama ("From the story by Beatrice DeMille and Leighton Osmun"; "By Jeanie Macpherson"; about a "fisherwoman" who finds a priceless emerald, and a rich American marries her so that he can get the emerald and divorce her and she learns of it and kills him in self defense!) starring Geraldine Farrar, Wallace Reid, Hobart Bosworth, Tully Marshall, and James Neill. Note that this is a "lost" film, which means that no surviving copies are thought to exist. NOTE: Click on linked names to see a biography. Important Added Info: Note that glass slides were designed to be put in a special projector that would project the image onto a movie screen (they use exactly the same concept as 35mm slides). We have taken a digital photo of each that shows the general condition of the overall slide and black tape, and we have also made a digital scan that shows the glass image well, but does not show the black tape or the edges of the slide well. Condition: good to very good. The black tape that held the two panes of glass is completely missing, so there are now two loose panes of glass. There is some paint loss in the blank black border of the top pane, but it is solely in the blank border area. Anyone could easily re-tape the two panes of glass together.
