An Original Vintage Theatrical Folded Mexican Movie Poster (measures 27" x 36" [69 x 91 cm]) (Learn More) Un Gallo En Corral Ajeno (released in English-speaking countries as "Straying Rooster"), the 1952 Julian Soler Mexican musical family comedy (a millionaire poses as a poultry thief!) starring Jorge Negrete, Gloria Marin, Andres Soler, Julio Villarreal, and Eduardo Arozamena Artist: Juan Antonio Vargas Ocampo Important Added Info: Note that we have only previously auctioned one example of this poster, which is a "country of origin" poster for this Mexican movie! Also note that the art on this poster is signed "Vargas", but is NOT the famous pin-up artist Alberto Vargas, but rather a Mexican artist whose full name was Juan Antonio Vargas Ocampo! Condition: good. The poster had paper tape glued over the borders and it was removed, leaving paper remnants in many areas and causing some surface paper loss in others. There is paper loss in the center of the top blank border. There are faint scuffs down the center of the face of the man. The paper loss in the blank borders slightly affects the writing in the bottom border, but not really the image. Learn More about condition grades
