An Undated (probably 1970) Re-Release Theatrical Folded Military One-Sheet Movie Poster (1sh; measures 27" x 41" [69 x 104 cm]) (Learn More) Reptilicus, the 1961 (released in the U.S. in 1962) Sidney Pink (billed as "Sid Pink") Danish/U.S. science fiction (sci-fi) monster thriller ("Invincible... Indestructible! What was this beast born fifty million years out of time?"; "See: A mighty city trampled to destruction!"; "See: Missiles and atom bombs powerless!"; "See: Civilization rioting with fear!"; "Original Story by Sid Pink") starring Carl Ottosen, Ann Smyrner, Mimi Heinrich, Asbjorn Andersen, Bodil Miller, Bent Mejding, and Povl Woldike NOTE: Click on linked names to see a biography. If you know who did the art (if any), please let us know. Important Added Info: Note that this is a military one-sheet. Military one-sheets were printed at the same time as the regular U.S. one-sheets when the movie was first released. They were made to be used on U.S. military installations. Sometimes the poster has small writing at the bottom that says "For Distribution and Use at U.S. Military Establishments Only", and sometimes they just have "Litho in U.S.A." in small letters in the lower right. Note that this poster is unlike most military posters, in that it pretty much exactly reproduces the regular one-sheet, but in black & white (and it is oddly printed on textured red paper). Note that this is unlike the military posters seen in the 1950s and 1960s, which indicates to us that they likely changed how they made them around this time (we have seen three posters like this, in three different colors: Reptilicus, Horror House, and Cry of the Banshee, and two of them are from 1970, and therefore, we think that the third one, Reptilicus, which is a 1961 movie, is likely a 1970 re-release). Condition: very good to fine. 1" tear in the left of the top edge of the poster; some minor creases along the foldlines and around the edges of the poster; tiny hole in the top crossfold Learn More about condition grades
