Mankiewicz Italian/U.S. romantic melodrama ("'The World's most beautiful animal!'"; also written by Joseph L. Mankiewicz; told in flashbacks, it starts with the funeral of a glamorous movie star, and men in her life recall their interactions with her) starring Humphrey Bogart, Ava Gardner, Edmond O'Brien (winner of the Best Supporting Actor Academy Award for this film), Marius Goring, Valentina Cortesa, Rossano Brazzi, Elizabeth Sellars, Warren Stevens, Bessie Love, and Riccardo Rioli. Note that this movie has a similar structure to that of Citizen Kane, which was written by screenwriter Joseph L. Mankiewicz's older brother, Herman J. Mankiewicz! The herald is in pretty nice condition, and the printing from the back slightly bleeds through in the light colored places in the front, but it is not very noticeable or distracting (see our images).
