Important Added Info: Note that we have only previously auctioned two different examples of this 1945 first release title card. The last example has now been reconsigned to us after the buyer had restoration performed, and it is still only one of two examples we have ever auctioned. Also note that we have a scan of both the front and the back of this lobby card, which should greatly help you see what defects it has.
UPDATED 10/12/2022: Note that we have updated the Condition information. Condition: good. Prior to restoration, the card had a very unusual defect. Some bored teen (who I would love to shoot!) put what appear to be red crayon "X"s on each of the four heads of the stars (each one in a slightly different location, and only covering part of the face). Likely the same person put what appears to be white chalk marks in the same area. It also had many tears, smudges, and stains around the edges of the card, and a pinhole in the top corners and surface paper loss in the bottom corners where the pins were roughly removed. There are some faint creases and scuffs scattered in the rest of the card. The person who purchased this card from us had a restorer remove most or all of the crayon and chalk described above (surely done chemically). The same person did some restoration to the rest of the defects described above, but mostly left alone the border defects, likely rightfully assuming they will not show when the card is framed. The image of the card displays pretty well, but definitely bidders need to read the above to see what restoration was performed and look closely at our super-sized image before bidding on this extremely rare and desirable card.
