The poster originally had a blank top that was neatly partially trimmed off (this is commonly done with Belgian posters, similar to how the blank top is trimmed off of U.S. window cards). The poster also had several horizontal folds and one vertical fold, with minor fold and border wear. Overall, the poster was in very good condition prior to linenbacking.
