Mason Hopper romantic love triangle infidelity melodrama (a truly wild story of a down and out woman in love with an author, and she marries him, but after they marry, he starts gambling and gets in trouble, and she seeks solace by talking to her employer, and her husband catches them together and accuses them of committing adultery, calling her a "sister to Judas", but the man explains that while they DO love each other, it is not in the "vile" way the husband suggested; the couple divorces, but she stays on her own, and her husband goes to jail over a robbery he committed to cover his gambling debts, and the woman is about to marry her male friend, when she gets a message from her former husband, and she is so touched that her fiance convinces her to re-marry her husband instead!) starring Claire Windsor, Holmes Herbert, John Harron, David Callis, Wilfred Lucas, Lee Moran, and Stella Adams NOTE: Click on linked names to see a biography. If you know who did the art (if any), please let us know. Overall Condition and Pre-Restoration Defects with Quality of Restoration: very good. The poster had small paper loss at the top two crossfolds. It had tiny bits of surface paper loss in the right half of the top foldline and a lesser amount on the other folds. There was a light 1" scuff near the middle of the poster and two in the black background at the bottom. Overall, the poster was in very good condition prior to linenbacking. The restorer backed the poster "in the European style", meaning that they did not do restoration to the defects described above, but they are really not very distracting (and a talented restorer could touch them up without re-backing the poster).
