Important Added Info: Note that we have never auctioned this poster before. It measures 25" x 38" and it is folded the same as all U.S. one-sheets. It exactly matches newspaper ads for the movie that are found in the original 1976 pressbook, except those ads have credits for the movie printed under the Chinese writing. This poster was consigned to us by a man who owned an arthouse cinema in San Francisco in the 1960s and 1970s, and he saved many posters from movies that he showed. We have no doubt that this is an original teaser poster from 1976, and it is surely incredibly rare! Also note that this poster was folded at one time but has been laying flat for a long time and will be sent rolled in a tube.

Condition: very good. The poster has minor wear on the folds. It has some smudges in the lower left blank border and in the blank border, with a smudge in the top right background area. There are small tears and tiny paper loss in the top and bottom of the right blank border. See our super-sized image to get a good sense of the condition of this poster.
